Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc.

Tony is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc.  A Vietnam War Veteran that retired from the U.S. Army after 26 years of service.  He was a Master Army Aviator and Army Air Defender. Tony served in various assignments which included Command of an Aviation Brigade and Director of Combat Developments for the U.S. Army’s Air Defense.  He served in many other capacities for the U.S. Army, earning several awards and decorations, including the Distinguished Flying Cross (3) and the Purple Heart.

After retiring from the U.S. Army and prior to founding Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Tony worked for several companies, as an advisor, consultant, team member and/or a member of the Board of Directors.  Tony holds degrees from the University of Alabama and Shippensburg University.  He is a graduate of he U.S. Army War College.

David is the President of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc.  He had a successful career as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.  He began his career as an infantry officer and later became an intelligence officer and finished his career with over 11 years of military intelligence experience.  David is a combat veteran that served two tours in Iraq.  During his military service, David earned the Bronze Star and two Meritorious Service Medals and numerous other personal awards.

David received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island in 1990 & received a Masters of Arts Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College in 2004.  He is an expert in the intelligence & security fields. Prior to becoming President of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., he co-founded & was the President of Patriot International, LLC.  David is also the current President of the CA DVBE Alliance San Diego/Southern California Chapter & the Chairman for Veteran Retraining Initiative (VRI) at AFCEA.

Don is the Vice President and CIO of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc. He is an IT professional with over 16 years combined experience in technology management, customer service, leadership and personnel management. Prior to joining Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Don was the Vice President of IT and IS for Patriot International, LLC. He is a 6-year US Navy veteran and has an extensive background in various areas of Information Systems & Security Management with special focus on IT-business alignment, business continuity and disaster recovery, IT governance and best practices and business process improvement.

Don holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Electronic Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Information Systems. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Emma is the Vice President for Finance and HR of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc. She offers 30 plus years of experience in government administration and finance. Emma is very active in performing community service and volunteer work and was once recognized for contributing donated time and recruitment of resources and financial donations to the OWC Annual Charity Fund Raisers. Prior to joining Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Emma was a Woman-owned Small Business Owner and Independent Operator wherein she maintained full financial, inventory and contract management for independent automotive supply operations and industrial commercial ventures.

Emma served as Senior Management Administrative Analyst for the Air National Guard and as a Senior Executive Administrator in the Pentagon, wherein she successfully implemented and maintained systems for all computerized flight and personnel records for deploying squadron and aviation unit pilots and crews.

Dale is the Vice President of Government Services for Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc. He is an IT professional with over 35 years combined experience in technology management, customer service, leadership and personnel management. Prior to joining Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Dale was a Business Manager for Research Analysis and Maintenance, Inc. He is a US Army Veteran with over 20 years of service where he worked on Fixed Station and Tactical Communications Systems worldwide and then was employed by the Federal Government for 11 years as Chief of the Information and Systems Division (ISG) for Directorate of Information Management (DOIM), Fort Riley Kansas.

Dale has extensive knowledge on US Government Information Systems, Network Operations and Security Management, specializing in the planning & the implementation of communications systems and infrastructure deployments. Dale holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Business Management & numerous IT related Certifications & Training Certificates.
