	Anthony J. Adessa is the Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc. A Vietnam War Veteran that retired from the U.S. Army after 26 years of service. He was a Master Army Aviator and Army Air Defender. Tony served in various assignments which included Command of an Aviation Brigade and Director of Combat Developments for the U.S. Army’s Air Defense. He served in many other capacities for the U.S. Army, earning several awards and decorations, including the Distinguished Flying Cross (3) and the Purple Heart. After retiring from the U.S. Army and prior to founding Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Tony worked for several companies, as an advisor, consultant, team member and/or a member of the Board of Directors. Tony holds degrees from the University of Alabama, Shippensburg University and Georgetown University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College.
	Emma ‘Susie’ L. Adessa is the Vice President for Finance and HR of Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc. She offers years of experience in government administration and finance. Susie is very active in performing community service and volunteer work. Prior to joining Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Susie maintained full financial, inventory and contract management for independent automotive supply operations and industrial commercial ventures. Susie served as branch secretary for the plans and programs division of the Air National Guard at the Pentagon.
	Dale A. Ross is the Vice President of Government Services for Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc. He is an IT professional with over 35 years combined experience in technology management, customer service, leadership and personnel management. Prior to joining Alpha Ten Technologies, Inc., Dale was a Business Manager for Research Analysis and Maintenance, Inc. He is a US Army Veteran with over 20 years of service where he worked on Fixed Station and Tactical Communications Systems worldwide and then was employed by the Federal Government for 11 years as Chief of the Information and Systems Division (ISG) for Directorate of Information Management (DOIM), Fort Riley Kansas. Dale has extensive knowledge on US Government Information Systems, Network Operations and Security Management, specializing in the planning & the implementation of communications systems and infrastructure deployments. Dale holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Business Management & numerous IT related Certifications & Training Certificates.
